Managing and monitoring delivery

You must report all Bikeability funded delivery on Link. We recommend reporting delivery on the following dates:

• 30 June
• 30 September
• 31 December
• 31 March
• 30 April 

You must collect the following information

• number of children booked
• number of children attended
• type of course
• location of training
• school year group
• training provider
• instructor names
• anonymised rider characteristics

It is important to regularly review your delivery to ensure you are meeting your targets. You can request more funding or release funding which you no longer need. You can also ask to move your funding from one module to another. Find out how in our Link guide.
