Once you have logged your delivery, you can make a claim on Link. You can make a claim at any time in the financial year. Please check that you have the required authority to make a claim on behalf of your organisation. You will receive payment on the following payrun.
We will pay claims quarterly in arrears. The June payrun takes place a month early to close the previous years’ accounts.
The cut off dates for claims for the 2021/22 pay runs are as follows, with payments made at the end of each of these months:
- 11 June 2021
- 11 October 2021
- 10 January 2022
- 11 April 2022
- 13 June 2022
We expect you to try to ensure full attendance of any Bikeability course. But we understand that there may be some pupils who may not be able to attend a course. To support your business, we offer a 10% cancellation allowance.
Link adds up to 10% of places to your delivery record, up to the full amount of places booked. For example, if 16 children from a booking of 20 attend a course, you will receive payment for 18 children. This figure cannot exceed the number of places booked, or your total grant allocation. Link will make this calculation when you submit a claim. The extra 10% is shown in the “max claimable” figure.
